This is very convenient cross slide mounted guard designed for usage on manual lathes used for frequent and / or heavy cutting.   The guard folds up above and to the rear of the toolpost to give access to the toolpost and cutting tools. A safety micro switch is fitted as standard. Specials (PTO 12/S) built to customers requirements are available.
